Record every fire drill, who was there, the time, what happened, evacuation time, etc. We do this every month, although it is only required every 60 days. This gives us a buffer to pick a time when everyone is home without the stress of meeting a deadline. Twice a year the drill has to take place when the children are asleep.

Fire drills must be conducted every month under 6400 CLA regulations, every 3 months under 6500 FL regulations and every 2 months in CRR host homes. One drill every six months must be during night time hours.
